What we collect
When you send the booking form, we receive your title, name, phone, email, the region you come from, your dates, the number of guests and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange your stay, and we do not share them with anyone else. The form messages reach us by email; we keep them only for as long as needed for your booking and our legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
We only set analytics cookies if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. Everything else below is needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made yourself.

Google Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used. If you decline, the analytics script never loads. Google may process this data outside the EU under its data protection terms.
Our fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties to display the site. The only exceptions are Google reCAPTCHA and YouTube below, and only when you use the booking form or play the film.
Form protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
To keep spam away from the booking form, we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.). It loads only on the Contact / Booking page, once you start filling in the form, and checks that the request comes from a person and not a bot. For this, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookie. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse; the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
The film (YouTube)
The film on the About page is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube may store data in your browser as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Change your mind
You can change your choice at any time. Declining removes the analytics cookies from your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
